We provide data  analysis of XRD pattern using ICSD database for below items:

1. Phase identification
2. Phase quantification
3. Crystallite size measurement
4. Crystal structure refinement for determining changes of lattice parameter, theoretical density, site occupancy of atoms, bond length
5. Determination of amorphous content and degree of crystallinity

We also provide theoretical and hands-on training using X-Pert HighScore Plus software minimum participant 10
